Regional Stream selection context

The business must be a new eligible business aligned with the economic development priorities of the referring host community. Applicants must create at least one new full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, meet Canadian Language Benchmark level 4, obtain a completed referral form from the host community, and conduct an exploratory visit to the community where the business will be established.
