Manitoba PNP Draw 283 issued 526 invitations on November 5, 2026. The largest selection included 448 profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in broad occupational categories.

Results from Manitoba’s November 5, 2026 draw
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program’s Expression of Interest Draw 283 made two selections. No minimum EOI score was published for either selection.
Of the 526 invitations issued, 49 were to candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile. These Express Entry-linked Letters of Advice to Apply are included in the round total, not additional invitations.
- Current employment in Manitoba: 448 invitations were issued to profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in the broad occupational categories considered in this draw.
- Strategic recruitment: 78 invitations were issued to profiles submitted through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway or Skilled Worker Overseas pathway that declared a direct MPNP invitation under a strategic recruitment initiative.
Strategic recruitment selection breakdown
The 78 invitations under strategic recruitment were distributed across Employer Services (20), Ethnocultural Communities (11), the Francophone Community (12), Regional Communities (30), and the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates, or TPP (5).
The MPNP said Expressions of Interest from Skilled Worker Stream candidates were considered only where candidates had been directly invited through a strategic recruitment initiative or through the TPP.
What invited candidates should check
Language test details: Candidates who meet the listed selection criteria but did not receive a Letter of Advice to Apply should check whether they entered a valid number for an approved third-party English or French language test and whether that test remains valid.
Strategic recruitment invitation: Candidates who declared an invitation under a strategic recruitment initiative should ensure that their EOI includes a valid invitation number.
Regulated occupations: Candidates who said they work in a regulated occupation and are fully licensed in Manitoba were selected. The MPNP may not accept or may refuse a full application if a candidate is not actually working in a regulated occupation or cannot prove they completed all necessary licensing steps for employment in Manitoba. The program says affected candidates may wish to consider declining their Letter of Advice to Apply.
An LAA invites a candidate to apply to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. It is distinct from a provincial nomination, a federal Invitation to Apply and permanent residence approval.
